ABOUT ME

I am a philosophical thinker, silly spirit, creative expresser, and embodied empath. I come to this work as a trauma survivor, a non-binary queer person, and a neurodivergent brain. From these places of lived experience and decades-long careers serving trauma survivors, I want to support you in the next step of your trauma-healing journey.

I started working with relational trauma in 2012 specifically working doing crisis work working with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence as an advocate and counselor. I have a background in yoga and got my MA in Body Psychotherapy which informs my work with clients.

Since then, my focus has been expanding how we conceptualize the impact of trauma on our patterns of relating to self, others, and the environment, specifically regarding the interaction of discrete trauma event(s) and the subtle ongoing traumas experienced by marginalized identities via existing in a world that experts us to be something we are not.

My recent focus has been on working with folks who share an experience of neurodiffernece, chronic health issues, and queerness; helping them identify safety, navigate unlearning the performances that have historically kept them safe but are now no longer working, and finding nuance in new patterns of thriving while also honoring their suffering, grief, and anger.

I’d love to help you find your new path. See how you can work with me to discover how to live with nuance, care, and compassion.
